Don’t stuck on the problem, stop talking about the problem, stop empowring it, you got to understand that it’s not about the problem itself, but it’s about your attitude, the way you see that problem! So look for the solution and focus on what you can do, focus on what’s under your control!

2- Give up being average: work to be great, to have a great life, we’re attracted to greatness. It’s easy for us to just watch it, to watch football players, actors and all those great poeple, but you know what! you got to stop watching them wishing you were in their shoes and start to work and be great! you’re hating mornings because you don’t want to wake up and see yourself average and it’s easy to just wait for next friday, but you should know that you deserve better, you deserve greatness.

3- Write down tour goals: because Your goals are going to define your life, who you are, how much sleep do you need and in what time you’re going to get up in the morning!

4- Know what you want: that’s your way to have the passion and the motivation, Do you want to go to the gym!! get up and go there just that simple! You can stay where you are now, right there in your comfort zone, in your securities, but you got to know that you can’t stay where you are if you want to go where you want!

5-  » what are you scared of! what’s holding you back? »: Most of people are scared of failure, of making mistakes, scared of not being perfect, but you don’t have to be perfect and you’re not supposed to be perfect, you’re supposed to work and make your dreams come true and to make it so you don’t need to be perfect, Now you got to choose either to live your dreams or to live your fears. Just know that It’s ok to be scared, but you have to get out there, open up, love, make mistakes, learn, be strong, and start all over again. you need to believe in yourself and you need to have the courage to take the right actions.

6- Don’t give up: great things take time and it’s supposed to be hard, if it wasn’t hard, everyone would do it. The hard is what makes it great so be patient and believe in it you know that you’re much closer than you were yesterday.

7- Practice gratitude: do not spoil what you have by desiring what you have not, remember that what you have now was once among the things you only hoped for, I once made a bucket list, a year after seeing that list made me remember how badly I wanted things and how I didn’t thought that I can have it, and now I just have it! making a bucket list will teach you to appreciate the things you have now until you get the other things you want and work for, and you got to understand that happiness isn’t about getting what you want all the time, it’s about loving what you have and being grateful for it.
